Program Manager - Adaptable Resolution Program Lead

Ramonda serves as the Adaptable Resolution Coordinator for Sexual Gender Based Misconduct within the Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR).  Ramonda loves to facilitate conversations and dialogues with students about their personal experiences and worldview.  Ramonda believes students have a voice in their own processes and journeys and she loves to help them navigate their own self-advocacy.

In addition to working with OSCR, Ramonda received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her Master of Arts in sports recreational management from Kent State University.   Currently, Ramonda is doctoral candidate in Higher Education and Student Affairs at Bowling Green State University.  Ramonda’s research interests include Title IX, sexual gender-based misconduct and violence prevention and response, crisis management and conduct, diversity, equity, equality, and inclusion, higher education professional development and support, higher education law and policy, assessment, underrepresented student development, student-athlete development.  Currently, Ramonda is working on her dissertation titled, Leading While Black: A Narrative Inquiry Examining The Support And Development Of Black Women Leaders In Collegiate Athletics.

In addition to her research interests, Ramonda enjoys reading romance novels and discussing pop culture across multiple social media platforms.
