Grace (she/her) serves as the Program Manager for Adaptable Conflict Resolution within the Office of Conflict Resolution (OSCR). Grace is very passionate about approaching every situation with an intersectional, systemic lens and a diversity, equity, and inclusion framework. She believes that DEI work should be at the center of all work and in every conversation. Grace is looking forward to supporting and empowering students to advocate for themselves and facilitate constructive conversations about conflict between members of the UMich community.
Grace's formal background entails a bachelor of social work and psychology from Michigan State University (Go Green!) and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. Grace enjoys being outdoors, fishing, hiking, camping, and going for walks. In Grace's spare time she enjoys cooking and watching lots of movies and tv-shows. She is currently watching BMF and the Wonder Years.
