Mike serves as the Associate Director of the Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR). Prior to joining the OSCR team, Mike served as Assistant Director in the Office of Student Conduct at Indiana University, where he also received his Master's in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education. Mike has worked with students in a variety of spaces including undergraduate admissions, orientation, Greek life, demonstration response and support, study abroad, advising, and leadership development. Mike is committed to putting the needs of students first, helping students develop and learn in their time at college, and fostering an empathetic and collaborative community. Mike is originally from southern California, and completed his undergraduate degree at Northern Arizona University where he got his start in higher education work as an orientation leader. Mike spends most of his off-work time with his family, and can often be found at the USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth as he and his family are a host family for hockey players.
