OSCR offers a variety of services that can be useful for conflicts with roommates, friends, housemates and student organizations. OSCR offers robust Adaptable Conflict Resolution (ACR) pathways designed to be participant-centered. ACR refers to a range of tailored approaches that promote peaceful conflict resolution.  Social Justice Mediation, Facilitated Dialogue, and Shuttle Negotiation are commonly accessed for these types of conflicts.

OSCR offers these services to students experiencing a conflict with another person, even someone outside the University community.  Participants help shape the conflict resolution process and resolution outcomes are entirely up to the participants.
