INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

The Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR) upholds the Statement of Student Rights and Responsibilities and is responsible for administering the complaint resolution process at the University of Michigan. OSCR seeks to build trust, promote justice, and teach peace by facilitating the successful and educational resolution of conflicts that arise within the University community.

The Association of Student Judicial Affairs has prepared a helpful booklet called “The Student Conduct Process: A Guide for Parents”, where you will find useful information about the complaint resolution process in general.
