Visit OSCRThe Office of Student Conflict Resolution Hours of Operation: The Office is located in the South Quad building on U-M’s Central Campus, off of East Madison about one block west of State Street. The office is accessible from the ground floor of South Quad’s West Lobby or directly from East Madison. The East Madison entrance is on the west side of South Quad near the intersection of East Madison and Thompson Street. Two-hour parking is available at metered spots on Madison and Thompson (get change in the basement of the Michigan Union). Parking is also available for a fee in the surface lot at the northwest corner of Madison and Thompson, accessible from Thompson St., across from West Quad.
