The OSCR Advisory Board is a student-led think tank that meets once a month for insightful discussion of OSCR’s mission and practices assisting students in resolving conflicts. Conversations cover everything from the appeals process for formal arbitrations to the most effective layout of our website, and students of our Advisory Board frequently see their ideas and suggestions adopted by the University.

Composed of approximately 10-12 students, the Board provides advice and input to OSCR staff members on a broad range of issues relating to student conflict and student conduct. The Board also provides students with a unique opportunity to develop educational outreach activities and learn the processes that OSCR utilizes in managing conflict.
Board input helps OSCR fulfill its mission of Building Trust, Promoting Justice, and Teaching Peace in the University community.
